MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator. When used in conjunction with images of the original arcade game's ROM and disk data, MAME attempts to reproduce that game as faithfully as possible on a more modern general-purpose computer. MAME can currently emulate several thousand different classic arcade video games from the late 1970s through the modern era. Another thing to try, is find the exact name of the ROM (as in check your database xml file), and Google image search for 'romname'.png I found a few that I was missing this way.
These are not the ones I was missing, just simple examples. I did have to use Gimp to delete out the white background a few times. If you are missing a bunch, then you need the FTP's.
I just did this to try to fill in a handful that were missing. I also pulled the images out of the themes on a few instances (where I had a theme but was missing a wheel art file).

I'm planning to build an bartop arcade, but before that i want a complete collection of mame roms. Marquees, snap, video snaps etc. I've got myself the romsets from emuparadise but not everything is complete, especially the cps2 games. I want to redownload some roms to get a full complete set, is there a way to download bulk roms or a complete set from retroroms? Downloading 100's of zips manually is a pain. Also does anyone know where to get an up-to-date wheel art set for mame 0179?
Gigaware pc to tv converter. Lemme know if that helps. I’m not sure tbh.
